| MESSAGE:The history of DUSTOFF 90 with LT Jerry Roe aboard is particularly personal. Jerry and I entered the service together, went through Officer Basic, on to Flight School, and subsequently went over on the same plane to RVN. I went to the 57th and he went up North. As all can attest, by going through all the training together, we got quite close. His lose was certainly a personal lose of a good friend and colleague. Although there would seem to be little chance of survivors in the North, it would still be nice to know what happened. There are too many sightings and questions unanswered. Thanks for the comment page. Craig Honaman (DUSTOFF 70) |

| MESSAGE:With 377th DUSTOFF back in 81 to 83. I was a crewchief for about two years and enjoyed flying so much that I became a pilot. Davis Gaines delivered a baby girl over Ouijong-bu one night in 468 and I was along for the ride. I really had a true sense of purpose back then and knew that what I did was important. I also had a great time and acquired some of the best friends anyone can have. Best regards, Mike Gamauf (Dustoff 638 or better know as Mikes bird after we were told to paint our names on our aircraft). I also claim credit for the DUSTOFF jacket logo, the Hawaiian island name tag, and ripping off the rainbow name tag idea from some pilot from Hawaii (Moon Mullins). |
