Due to early registration there are no longer rooms

As of right now they have Studios for $81. When all the
Studios are sold they will offer Studio plus Bunks for $81
(not many will use the Bunk, but it is the next step up).
After those are sold out, they will offer One Bedrooms for
$81. After those are sold, One Bedroom plus Bunks for $81.
After all these are sold out, they will only offer the Two
Bedroom at the discount rate and all other rooms at the
standard rate. |
Your Executive Council has been working overtime with the Edgewater Beach Resort in Panama City, Florida and has come up with some great events for the reunion. To start off with, our hospitality suites will be in the penthouse on the twelve floor of the property with a no-host bar return to the days of reunions past.
Next, the golfers will be playing at the Hombre Golf Course which is a first-class PGA sanctioned course. The cost of that will be $64 per golfer and that includes the green fees and one cart for each two players. We’ll have foursome team competition as normally played at the Chuck Mateer Golf Tournament. If you need to rent clubs, those will be rented directly from the club house at $30 per day.
Our Friday night mixer and buffet is a great menu featuring Roast Sirloin of Beef with oven roasted mushrooms or Chicken Piccatta. The other side dishes are great as well. This resort is known for its cuisine in Panama City. The Saturday night banquet will be another buffet but will be a seafood buffet. It will feature Peel and Eat Shrimp with cocktail sauce, Grilled Mahi Mahi and Baked Salmon. The side dishes on this buffet are great as well.
For our spouses’ luncheon we’ve arranged for a morning of shopping at Pier Park followed by lunch at the Margaritaville Restaurant. If rides are needed, we have arranged for round trip bus transportation from the resort at only $8 per rider.
We are currently exploring an off-shore fishing expedition on Friday for those that want to spend the day out in the Gulf trying to land that “big one.”
